finely minced

garlic

Bourbon Sauce

bourbon

cup
ketchup

cup
brown sugar

cup
soy sauce

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

tbsp
apple cider vinegar

cloves
garlic
minced

ground mustard

tsp
red pepper flakes

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined
Roll into 1½-inch meatballs
Brown meatballs in a skillet (optional)
Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl
Add meatballs to slow cooker and pour sauce over them
Gently stir to coat
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
