  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup caramelized onions
  • A pinch of dried sage or rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, cream cheese, shredded cheese, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and evenly mixed, then fold in herbs and optional add-ins if using.
  • Arrange crescent dough triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends in the center and pointing tips outward.
  • Spoon the filling evenly around the wide ends of the dough, keeping it about 1 inch from the edges.
  • Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath the center ring, pressing gently to seal.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, rotating the pan halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • If browning too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the last 5–10 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
Finely chopped turkey helps the ring hold together cleanly.
Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.
Best served warm; reheats well in the oven.
Microwaving is not recommended as it softens the crust.
