mayonnaise

sour cream

fresh cilantro
packed

cup
fresh parsley
packed

cloves
garlic
peeled

tbsp
fresh lime juice

tbsp
white vinegar

tbsp
olive oil

tsp
ground cumin
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
black pepper
¼
tsp
cayenne

Instructions
Rinse and pat dry cilantro and parsley.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and bright green.
Scrape down sides if needed and blend again.
Adjust consistency with water if too thick.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Refrigerate 30 minutes for best flavor or serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh herbs are essential—dried won't work
Blend until completely smooth
A full cup of cilantro creates an authentic flavor
Store 5 days refrigerated
May darken slightly—normal oxidation
Stir before using if separated
Use all parsley if you hate cilantro
