- 12 slices salami Genoa or hard salami
- 6 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard optional
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 6 mini pickle spears or thin cucumber slices
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce or spinach optional
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Lay salami slices flat on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice.
