Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices salami Genoa or hard salami
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard optional
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 mini pickle spears or thin cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce or spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Lay salami slices flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice.
  • Add a pickle spear or cucumber slice at one edge, plus lettuce or spinach if using.
  • Roll tightly from the edge with the pickle. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best shape and flavor.
  • Serve whole or slice into pinwheels for party-style bites.

Use room-temperature cream cheese for easy spreading.
