Ingredients
  

  • For the Filling:
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond butter or keto peanut butter optional for richer texture
  • For the Chocolate Coating:
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  • Add almond or peanut butter if using, and stir until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fluffy and evenly combined.
  • Line a small dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
