- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips melted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup almond butter or keto peanut butter optional for richer texture
- For the Chocolate Coating:
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
