  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup almond flour for texture
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Topping:
  • Extra cinnamon + sweetener mixture for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, almond flour, and salt. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
  • Dust lightly with extra cinnamon and sweetener if desired.
