Homemade Dog Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup oat flour or blended whole oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Optional: tiny pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional Dog-Safe Mix-Ins 2–3 tbsp
  • Blueberries
  • Grated carrots
  • Unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • Chopped apples
  • Xylitol-free peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
  • Whisk in eggs and applesauce until creamy.
  • Stir in oat flour and optional cinnamon until combined. Adjust consistency with water or extra flour if needed.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low and lightly grease with coconut oil (optional).
  • Spoon small rounds of batter onto the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Cool completely before serving to your dog.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for sweetness and texture.
Keep heat low to avoid burning.
Do not add sugar, honey, chocolate, raisins, or nuts.
Ensure pancakes are fully cooled before serving.
