Stir in oat flour and optional cinnamon until combined. Adjust consistency with water or extra flour if needed.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low and lightly grease with coconut oil (optional).
Spoon small rounds of batter onto the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Cool completely before serving to your dog.
