Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce for vegetarian
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Splash of water if needed to thin

Instructions

  • Mash Garlic: Mince garlic finely or mash with a pinch of salt to form a paste.
  • Mix Base: In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Creamy Additions: Whisk in Greek yogurt, then slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  • Flavor Boost: Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and taste for balance.
  • Adjust Consistency: Add a splash of water if you’d like a thinner dressing.
  • Serve & Store: Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 5 days. Shake before use.

Notes

  • Add anchovy paste for a traditional flavor boost.
  • Make it dairy-free with vegan yogurt and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
  • This dressing is also great as a dip or marinade!
