Instructions
Mash Garlic: Mince garlic finely or mash with a pinch of salt to form a paste.
Mix Base: In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Creamy Additions: Whisk in Greek yogurt, then slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
Flavor Boost: Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and taste for balance.
Adjust Consistency: Add a splash of water if you’d like a thinner dressing.
Serve & Store: Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 5 days. Shake before use.
