Instructions
Peel and chop ginger into small pieces.
Add ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey to a blender.
Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
Strain mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
Pour into shot glasses and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in a sealed glass container.

Tips
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
