Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • A pinch of turmeric optional, for extra immune support
  • A pinch of black pepper optional, helps absorb turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop ginger into small pieces.
  • Add ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Strain mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  • Pour into shot glasses and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in a sealed glass container.

Tips
  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • Maple syrup or agave can be used as a substitute for honey for a vegan option.
