Stir in lavender simple syrup until fully combined
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if needed
Slowly pour in sparkling water or club soda
Stir gently once or twice to combine without losing carbonation
Pour into ice-filled glasses
Garnish with lemon slices and berries
Serve immediately while cold and bubbly
Lavender Simple Syrup (if making)
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan
Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves
Add dried lavender, remove from heat, and steep for 15 minutes
Strain out lavender and let syrup cool completely
Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
