Instructions
Add protein powder, frozen fruit, milk, and yogurt or cottage cheese to a blender or food processor
Blend on high until thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed
Add ice cubes or extra frozen fruit if the mixture is too thin
Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if the mixture is too thick
Blend again briefly until smooth and spoonable
Transfer to a mug or bowl and serve immediately
