Slice the kielbasa, trim the green beans, and halve the potatoes.
Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Place the potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.
Add onions, garlic, green beans, and kielbasa slices on top.
Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch mix (if using).
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Gently stir everything together before serving.
Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
