Crockpot Kielbasa and Green Beans

A hearty, easy slow cooker meal that fills your kitchen with a cozy aroma. Smoky sausage, tender potatoes, and crisp green beans come together for the perfect family comfort dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed (or use frozen)
  • lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the kielbasa, trim the green beans, and halve the potatoes.
  • Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  • Place the potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Add onions, garlic, green beans, and kielbasa slices on top.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch mix (if using).
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  • Gently stir everything together before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Put potatoes at the bottom so they cook evenly.
Add green beans halfway through if you want them firmer.
For a saucier version, add ½ cup more broth.
Stir in a little butter before serving for extra flavor.
