Chili’s Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove finely minced or grated
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest optional
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add balsamic vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic to a bowl
  • Whisk until honey is fully dissolved
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously
  • Continue whisking until slightly thickened and emulsified
  • Add salt, black pepper, and any optional ingredients
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
  • Whisk again before serving

Notes

Resting time is important for balanced flavor
Fresh citrus juice gives the closest Chili’s taste
Shake or whisk before each use
Dressing keeps refrigerated for up to 7 days
