Chicken Salad Chick Sassy Scotty Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise adjust for creaminess
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix about 3 tbsp if using bulk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 –3 green onions sliced thin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: dash of cayenne or hot sauce for extra kick

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prepare the Chicken
  • Use rotisserie chicken, boiled chicken breasts, or grilled chicken. Chop or shred into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2 – Mix the Dressing
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Step 3 – Add Cheese & Bacon
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  • Step 4 – Combine
  • Add the chicken and mix until evenly coated in the creamy ranch mixture.
  • Step 5 – Chill & Serve
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Creaminess: Start with less mayo and add more if you like it creamier.
  • Crunch: Add diced celery or chopped pickles for extra texture.
  • Heat: A little cayenne or hot sauce gives it that classic “sassy” kick.
  • Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
