Bojangles French Fry Seasoning Recipe (Copycat)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • ½ teaspoon sugar optional, very subtle

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Whisk or stir until completely evenly mixed with no clumps.
  • Taste with a fry or potato and adjust salt or heat if needed.
  • Transfer to an airtight spice jar or container.

Notes

Use fine salt for the most authentic texture and even coating.
Season fries while they are hot so the seasoning sticks best.
Shake the container before each use to redistribute spices.
