Pat wings very dry with paper towels
Place wings in a large bowl
Add baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and smoked paprika
Drizzle with olive oil
Toss until wings are evenly coated
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top
Lightly grease the rack
Arrange wings in a single layer, not touching
Bake for 25 minutes
Flip wings
Bake another 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy
Broil for 2–3 minutes if extra crispiness is desired
Rest wings for 5 minutes before serving
